The Story

Our client is a fast-growing education company opening about six new branches every month all over the world. As the number of branches and students increased rapidly, their existing fee collection process was struggling to keep up. The main reason was that their billing system was complex: some students paid a fixed fee for regular classes, others paid yearly, some got discounts, and for many, the fees were based on the number of one-on-one lessons each month.

With so many different types of payments to track, the accounts team was under constant pressure and often made mistakes, like sending payment reminders to students who had already paid. This was embarrassing for the company and frustrating for clients.

To solve this problem, they partnered with Technolize. Together, we built an automated fee collection system that could handle all these different billing methods without mistakes. This allowed the accounts team to work more efficiently and made the entire payment process smoother for everyone as the company continued to grow.
