The Story

Nyra Nutri Foods is a trusted provider of healthy meal-boxes to students across multiple schools in Pune. As the number of schools and meal orders grew rapidly, their manual operations began to buckle. The team faced a tangled process of order collection, menu selection changes, delivery scheduling, and tracking, all handled by spreadsheets, phone calls and ad­hoc coordination.

Their kitchen staff, delivery team and school coordinators were constantly firefighting: one school’s change in student count here, a menu swap there, last-minute delivery status updates, and multiple duplicate entries. As orders scaled, so did the risk of mistakes late meals, wrong boxes, missed deliveries and customer trust began to feel the strain.

Problem

Nyra Nutri Foods faced increasing operational challenges as they rapidly expanded to more schools  managing diverse meal plans, fluctuating student counts, and manual order coordination over calls and WhatsApp, leading to limited real-time visibility, complex billing, and a high risk of human errors that impacted both efficiency and brand reputation.

Our Solution

Technolize designed and deployed a custom web application tailored for Nyra Nutri Foods to manage the entire order-to-delivery lifecycle for their school-based service model. Key features included: School Portal: Schools log-in to place orders, modify student counts, select menus, view upcoming deliveries Centralised Dashboard: Nyra’s team monitors all schools, orders, deliveries in one place; able to handle dynamic changes on the fly Delivery Scheduling & Tracking: Delivery staff receive assignments via the system, update statuses, confirm deliveries real-time visibility for kitchen & management Automated Reporting: Daily orders, pending changes, delivery performance, billing summaries all generated automatically Role-Based Access: School coordinators, kitchen operations, delivery team and management each have views relevant to them, reducing noise and confusion Built with a focus on simplicity, speed and accuracy, while supporting growing volume and variation of orders

The Results

As a result, Nyra Nutri Foods achieved smoother daily operations with centralized order tracking, 85% less manual coordination, faster and more accurate deliveries, real-time visibility for management, and a significant drop in billing and delivery errors all contributing to stronger client satisfaction and scalable growth.
