Calysta Jewels recognized the need to enhance their customer interaction and support mechanisms. The goal was to provide timely and relevant communication throughout the customer journey, from purchase confirmation to delivery tracking, and even special occasion greetings. Traditional methods were proving insufficient in meeting the growing expectations of their tech-savvy clientele.

Since they were into Diamond jewellery, Communication with the customer was the most important part of their business cycle, In order to maintain and build the trust, They decided to partner with Technolize for solution on the above problem.

Calysta & Technolize’s shared appreciation for the power of combining scale and global reach with flexibility and agility made our partnership an obvious choice. Technolize have been working with Calysta since December 2023 in 2 key workstreams: Automation Delivery and AI Chatbot WhatsApp, supporting the Calysta Automation365 team specialising in Business Process Automation and API Development.

Automation Delivery – Technolize have delivered 17 Automations across 3 core business functions: Merchant Services, Consumer Services and Precious Shipment Tracking.

WhatsApp ChatBot Migration – Technolize led the migration of chatbots from a web browser platform to mobile platforms (Android and iOS). In addition to this, Technolize has implemented an intermediate communication layer to enable a seamless handoff between chatbot and live agent providers to win and support new deals.

Tecnologia have been working with Paysafe since November 2020 in 2 key workstreams: Automation Delivery and Mobile Chatbot Migration, supporting the Paysafe Automation365 team specialising in Cognitive and Robotic Automation.

Automation Delivery – Tecnologia are working with the Paysafe Automation365 team to identify, design, build, test and deploy automated solutions using UiPath Automation Software. Thus far Tecnologia have delivered 28 Automations across 3 core business functions: Merchant Services, Consumer Services and Risk.
